Advance reservations are required, and a credit card is needed to secure appointments. Call us at 509.548.7000. Guests are encouraged to make Spa appointments while booking their stay.
Dress comfortably, refrain from wearing jewelry, and leave any valuables in a secure location. The spa provides robes and slippers to enjoy during your service.
We ask that you arrive 15-minutes prior to the start of your service to get settled and complete and profile information, and to avoid any reduction in the length of your services. Reception staff will greet you and navigate you to changing and resting areas. In our Relaxation Room, we are pleased to offer a tranquil space with seasonal teas to help you unwind before your services.
An optional 20% gratuity is added to all treatments, 100% of which will be distributed to Service personnel. This gratuity can be changed or removed at your discretion. You are welcome to add additional gratuity on your credit card at check-out, and envelopes are provided for cash tips as needed.
Please provide a minimum of a 72-hour notice. If you are unable to do so, your card will be charged in full for all services. Late arrivals will not receive a time extension.
Spa services are provided to guests 18 years and older. Children may not be left unattended nor accompany adults during treatments.
