All reservations require a credit or debit card at the time of booking to guarantee the room. At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate and tax, plus an additional $50 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. Please note for guests that have pre-paid in full for their stay, an additional $50 per night hold for anticipated incidental charges will be placed on your card at the time of check-in. We recommend using a credit card due to the incidental charge hold placed on the card during your stay.

Yes, we happily offer pet-free rooms to those with allergies.

Our dog-friendly rooms are limited to specific Alpine King and Alpine Double Queen Guestrooms. Advance reservations are necessary for dog-friendly rooms, and a signed pet policy waiver is required at check-in, along with the $30 daily non-refundable dog fee. A $150 penalty will be charged to any guest who brings a dog into a non-pet-friendly room.
