The Washington State Department of Transportation has webcams in Leavenworth, on nearby hikes, and on all major highways in the surrounding region, so you can pack some peace of mind along with all the usual vacation supplies. Right next to the skis and snow chains, of course.

WHAT YOU’LL SEE WITH THE WEBCAMS
Leavenworth Ski Hill Cam:
Taken from the ticket booth at the Ski Hill. It looks west displaying a view of the ski runs served by the big rope tow.
Icicle River Trails Cam:
This image is taken from the shop at the Icicle River Trail. It looks up the Icicle valley to the west and is updated every 5 minutes. In the winter months, the snow survey marker you see in the foreground is the 24 hour accumulation measurement. It is reset each morning when they begin grooming.
